Oh my, just look at this beautiful fabric..."Mary Rose" from Quilt Gate is $24.00 mt. And it is so so lovely.
The stunning all over floral, comes in a beautiful crisp ivory and a soft gorgeous pink and it is just screaming out to all Broderie Perse lovers. It is accompanied by this wonderful border print in both colourways.
There are also lovely tone on tone prints....... one print comes in soft pink or blue with a gorgeous rose cameo print, great for fussy cutting, and the other is a sweet romantic print with old lacy postcards and the words "Too much of a good thing is wonderful"....is there a quilter alive that doesn't relate to that.
We are loving all things Kim Diehl this week, we are totally in love with her new fabric range, "Vintage Farmhouse" that we showed you last week and now we have 3 of her great books back in stock. Kim's quilts are always full of rich beautiful colour, with lots of great appliqué and are perfect for using up all of our much loved scraps. There is lots of inspiration in these books.
If you are in Melbourne this Saturday, don't forget to go along and say hello to Corliss at the Victorian Quilters Winter Gathering, being held this at the Box Hill Town Hall. Corliss will be a guest speaker and will also have the shop with her, so that means lots of lovely Threadbear goodies.
With Corliss in Melbourne on Saturday that means Kurt and Sammy are in charge at the shop...you all know the rules by now...come along and enjoy all the beautiful fabric, but don't leave without patting Sammy.

Oh my! That is swoonable fabric. Gorgeous. The new patterns from Kim's books are very nice and are tempting to go on my To Make list. I am in love with Sammy.
