Try as we might to come up with another way to describe these fabrics we just keep coming back to the same old words, because really.......they are beautiful...gorgeous...stunning.
This new range is called "Gabrielle" and it is a fabulous range.
If you are not in the mood for gorgeous pretty birds well there is still plenty in this range to please, with some great blenders in a collection of really useful colours, small to medium size prints and some great all over leafy designs.
If you are not already a fan of "Karen Kay Buckley"s Perfect Scissors", well grab a pair soon and you will be converted in an instant. These are such great scissors and are now available in a new medium size..the perfect size for the sewing bag.
These scissors are so light and easy on the hands with soft comfortable large handles. They have great sharp points for tiny little snips, and their micro serrated blade means that fabric doesn't slip away from you when you are trying to cut around delicate flowers and leaves for Broderie Perse and appliqué pieces. We will have plenty of all three sizes with us at stand D18, next week at the Melbourne Craft and Quilt Fair so make sure you check them out when you come to say hello to us.
If you can't make it to the show we also have Karen Kay Buckley's Scissors on our web site and in the shop.
Wow oh wow...Sorry to use the word stunning yet again but just look at this amazing quilt we have for show and tell today. We always have great fun in the shop when Lorraine from Colac comes to visit us and yesterday she brought this amazing quilt made for her by her Daughter...boy she would have to be the favorite Daughter of the family after a gift like this.
And as if this huge quilt isn't enough to get us excited, just check out the machine quilting...can you believe Lorraine's Daughter quilted this whole quilt herself on a domestic machine...what an amazing achievement.
Sammy has only one thing to say to you all today....have a great weekend everybody.
