These boots are made for working

We are busy today getting the last instalment of our block of the month "Letters from Belton Grange" ready for the post.. Megan's original quilt is currently on display in Holland at Den Haan  en Wagenmakers where it is also being offered as a BOM.  "Belton Grange" may soon be available at Threadbear as a complete pattern but the block of the month program has now finished and soon we  hope to see some completed quilts for show and tell.

Here's Megan today as she works away; she has been to the hairdresser and has a lovely new cut and colour..a very glamorous look for a Friday...shame she forgot to take her farm boots off before she came to work...beautiful sleek hair and farm feet...good look for work we think.

Di Ford is now in Nantes, France at 'Pour L'Amour du Fils' show for the launch of her book, "Primarily Quilts" and we are sending huge thanks to Moreen who has just returned from France and has sent us some photos of the event to share with everyone.
Moreen said that Di's stand at the exhibition was set up to exhibit all of her quilts and her book, and it was wonderful to see quilters from all over the world flock to the stand to see Di...Moreen said no one could get close to Di as she had crowds waiting for a signed copy of her book. So once again we send our congratulations to Di for all the success she is having in France and we look forward to hearing all about her trip on her return.

And all Sammy has to say to you all today is phew.....it was a busy week...thank goodness it is Friday..Have a good weekend everyone.
