School's Back and Classes are on!

Recently, we've had lots of enquiries about classes for the first part of this year, and we are hoping to have our new class list out next week.  There will be something for everyone with classes covering needle turn applique, hand piecing, machine piecing, fussy cutting, and broderie perse.   Full Class details will appear on our website, in our newsletter, on Instagram, and here on the blog, so stay tuned.
Come and learn needle turn applique techniques ~ Detail from Corliss' newest quilt Auntie Tess, coming soon
Meanwhile, we have a few new fabrics to show you to keep you inspired.  First up are six gorgeous reproductions from Judie Rothermel's new range Nineteenth Century School Dresses.  While viewing children's dresses in antique dress pattern books. Judie Rothermel was inspired to design a collection around the looks, using fabrics from the mid 1800's.

#1 Nineteenth Century School Dresses $28.00m
#2 Nineteenth Century School Dresses $28.00m
#3 Nineteenth Century School Dresses $28.00m
We also received some more pieces from Edyta Sitar's Pumpkin Pie range.  We showed you some of these in recent weeks, but they've been so popular, we just keep adding more!  We love the little background prints, and we also now have the feature floral in golden brown, and black.  Plus, we reordered the stunning stripes in the pink, blue and brown - not to be missed!
 #1 Pumpkin Pie $25.50m
 #2 Pumpkin Pie $25.50m
#3 Pumpkin Pie $25.50m
This Nineteenth Century School Dresses stripe looks brilliant with the Pumpkin Pie floral
Most mornings at Threadbear, we start our working day with a few minutes of catchup and planning for the tasks and priorities for the day ahead.  This morning, however, someone couldn't seem to stay awake long enough to hear what needed doing, (and it wasn't Corliss or Megan! ) Clearly Sammy will not be bringing his A-game today!  Have a great weekend everyone!
