New Quilt

 

Just look at this gorgeous quilt.....Corliss's "Beamish Scrapbag Quilt" is finished, quilted and hanging in the shop...isn't it beautiful.  This fantastic scrappy quilt is all hand pieced and was made by Corliss using her stash.  The pattern is now available in the shop, can you think of a better way to use up all the bits and pieces we all have in our stash.

Are you working on a project or planning a quilt that needs a border print...well, check out this border print from Moda that arrived yesterday...it has a strong clear print with great colours on a dark back ground.  It is $22.00mt and with 7 prints across the width of the fabric it would be very handy indeed.

lso new to the shop are these wonderful weaves...they are in 3 soft subtle colours and are great for adding small pops of interest to your piecing....the fabric is very nice quality and apart from being a handy addition to the stash these weaves would also be brilliant for garments...the weather is getting warmer and this fabric would make beautiful light weight tops...something to whip up in our spare time.
