Fabric Everywhere.

First of all, a reminder about our Easter Trading Hours.
We are closed on Good Friday and Easter Sunday 18th & 20th of April and we are also closed
Anzac Day 25th April.
As we are closed on the above days that will be the ideal time to be home, sewing and eating chocolate.

We would like to say a huge Thank You to everyone that came to visit us during our sale last week.  We had a really great time in the shop catching up with so many of you...and thank you to everyone, every day, for your continuing support and friendship....Threadbear did indeed have a very happy 21st birthday.

Now, let's talk about fabric.....because we have got fabric, fabric, fabric.  There is so much new fabric that we can't show it all on the blog today but all the new fabric is on our website so if you love any of the sneak peaks from our new ranges, just follow the links to the website to see the complete ranges.  Even Sammy is excited about all our new fabric.

Millbook Series Circa 1852 by Howard Marcus for Moda, is the first if our delicious new arrivals.  There are 40 fabrics in this range, in reds, beige caramel  and soft brown....and all of they are fantastic.

We have "Ladies Album" by Barbara Brackman...another range of 40 great prints with prints in dark blue, burgundy, charcoal, green, tans, and gorgeous pinks and lovely deep reds.

All of our new deliveries are gorgeous, but you will need to be sitting down for these next two ranges...my oh my, they are stunning.

"Circa 1825" by In the Beginning Fabrics will make you swoon....we have these wonderful large floral signature prints, with the addition of serpentine prints and feathery stripes, and a collection of beautiful prints in teals, deep reds and some great golds.

And if you can stand to look at more "must have" gorgeous fabric....well just look at this.  "Enduring Legacy-Old Sturbridge Village" by Judy Rothermel is just a stand out range of 24 prints, and you will want them all...follow the link to see all 24 of these great prints in the most gorgeous colours.

As usual we have lots of pre cut, fat 1/8 packs ready to go in all our new ranges if you would like a little bit of each.

We will be back on Tuesday with our next blog post.....a four day holiday is surely a wonderful sewing opportunity, so we hope you all get a heap of sewing time....but be careful not to get chocolate on your sewing....and we are open on Easter Saturday if you would like a fabric fix.

You can tell by the look on Sammy's face that there are Easter eggs on the table, and now he is trying to tell us that it is only a myth that chocolate is bad for dogs.  Sammy would like to send a special thank you and a greeting to Kathy for sending him belly rubs all the way from St.Louis....and Sammy and all of us here at Threadbear wish you all a very Happy Easter.

  1. I love reading your posts all the way over here in Minnesota! The fabric you carry is lovely and I wish my LQS carried some of those larger prints you show. I love that quilt shown in your last 2 posts- there are 4 medallions in the center set on point and more medallions in the border set in a lattice type setting. Do you know the name of that pattern? Thank you!

  2. Thanks Diane. The quilt you refer to is "Elsternwick" and the pattern is available on our website. Go to http://www.threadbear.com.au/online-store/product/view/29/2872 and you'll see it. Cheers, Megan
