Today we are feasting our eyes 28 sensational new prints from Judie Rothermel...."Judie's Miniatures"  is the newest range from Judie Rothermel and as you would expect, all 28 of the prints are fantastic.

As the name suggests they are all small prints, and all are in "must have" colours.  If you can't decide on which of these gorgeous prints you would love, you can have a little taste of all...we have 1/8 packs with all 28 prints for $84.00.

We would like to thank Kerry for today's show and tell.  Kerry came to Threadbear to get her blenders, backing and binding, so she could turn her cot panel into a joyful, bright and happy baby gift, and then came into the shop to show us the finished quilt.....naturally we had to share.

If you have some time to spare on Tuesday 25th February, and would like to help a great cause, then consider going along to a special afternoon tea to raise money for The Uganda Sewing Project.  All money raised will be used to fund a women's refuge in Bwindi, Uganda.  The Afternoon Tea will be held from 2.00 pm at the Lois Joel Arts Community Centre, 5 Sargood St. Altona...contact no. 939802511....RSVP 18th Feb.  As well as afternoon tea there will be door prizes and a beautiful quilt raffle.  Just follow the link if you would like to know more about this project making such a difference to the lives of so many women in Uganda. We all get such joy from our sewing and this project is empowering women to help their own community by teaching sewing skills, and making products to raise funds for their community...what a great idea.

As always we are looking forward to another very busy week at Threadbear....we are always busy but we always have great fun in the shop.

You might wonder about that from the look on Sammy's face today..."are you kidding me...another busy week".
